Old Meets New

These two images represent a bit of a clash between old and new technology.

Both were taken on a Nikon D800 DSLR but with a Holga pinhole lens fitted! Hence the very soft focus effect.
In addition, the camera in the image is my old Olympus OM-10 – so this is a a film camera shot on a digital camera fitted with a pinhole lens!

The exposure for both shots was 3mins and 12 secs.

You can see more of my work at www.jaart.co.uk. Enjoy!

    • Hi, Calee!
I’d read about this combination of pinhole and DSLR in several magazine articles and thought I should give it a go. ( My New Year’s Resolution is to try some different aspects of photography!! )
So thanks for the appreciative comments! Much appreciated!!!
I’m going to try some outdoor shots with same combination – if and when this wild weather calms down! 🙂
